Comparison of the job satisfaction of physical education teacher having different professional competencies of North Maharashtra University

Abstract:
The developments of the human being start with the birth. Every living animal had the capacity of physical activities, like walking, running, hopping, jumping, swimming and cycling etc. These activities satisfied the primary need of the growth and development. There are many factors, which affects the social life of the human being. It was true execution of the Mahatma Gandhi that the need of physical giving it the status, as academic. The real test of my profession or agency of education is not how many jobs it creates but how many characters it moulds and polishes, how many gentlemen it turns out form its factory. In the colleges of North Maharashtra University colleges having high, average and low level ground / court facilities. The sample was drawn from 47 Colleges from all districts of Jalgaon (Khandesh), randomly. The data for the concerned study, collected through the Questionnaire prepared by Kumar and Mutha. The area for this study bounded to the regime of North Maharashtra University colleges and their physical education teachers were selected for this study. Job-Satisfaction Questionnaire for teachers, developed by Job –satisfaction questionnaire consists of 29 ‘Yes’ ‘No’ type items. Their Competence & Functioning Thus by χ 2–test, it may be concluded that there might be the association between the job satisfaction of the physical directors of the colleges of the north Maharashtra university amongst the parameter of the Authority, their Competence and Functioning Component of Job-Satisfaction. The physical education teachers/ Directors of Physical Education of the colleges of the regime of the North Maharashtra University Jalgaon were satisfied in respects to Authority, Their Competence & Functioning.
